These terms govern your use of the Ethiopian Green Coffee Beans Wholesale website and any wholesale transactions initiated through it. By submitting an enquiry or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Wholesale Transactions
All wholesale transactions are subject to the following conditions:
- Minimum order quantities apply as stated on our wholesale page
- Prices are quoted in USD, EUR, or GBP and are subject to market fluctuation
- Payment is accepted via wire transfer (T/T) or Letter of Credit (L/C)
- Shipping terms are specified per order (FOB Djibouti or CIF destination port)
- All coffee is sold as-is based on the pre-shipment sample (PSS) approved by the buyer
3. Quality Assurance
All lots are graded according to Ethiopian Commodity Exchange (ECX) standards and cupped by licensed Q-graders. We provide full traceability documentation, phytosanitary certificates, and certificates of origin with every shipment. Any quality disputes must be raised within 14 days of delivery with supporting cupping reports.
