Altitude & Density
Our beans are Strictly High Grown (SHG) at altitudes reaching 2,200m, resulting in denser beans and complex acidity.

ABYSSINIA is an Ethiopian exporter supplying Grade 1 and Grade 2 green coffee from Yirgacheffe, Sidamo and Guji to specialty roasters and importers worldwide. Minimum order 10 bags (600 kg), shipped FOB Djibouti or CIF to your destination port.
To us, "Premium" isn't a marketing term—it's a technical standard backed by SCA cupping scores of 85-92+.
Our beans are Strictly High Grown (SHG) at altitudes reaching 2,200m, resulting in denser beans and complex acidity.
We utilize triple-pass hand sorting to ensure zero primary defects in our Grade 1 lots.
100% organic-by-tradition heirloom varieties that offer flavor profiles found nowhere else on Earth.
The "Premium" status of Ethiopian coffee is geographically dictated. Growing at latitudes between 6° and 9° North, regions like Yirgacheffe and Guji benefit from intense UV exposure and cool nights. This slows the maturation of the coffee cherry, concentrating sugars and producing the signature phosphoric acidity found in premium lots.
Each region tells a unique story through its cup profile.

The archetype of premium Ethiopian coffee. Intense jasmine aroma, lemongrass acidity, and a tea-like finish.

A bold, fruit-forward profile. Notes of dried strawberry, dark chocolate, and a syrupy body.

Perfectly balanced. Crisp citrus meets a smooth, honey-like sweetness.
